Description
Knife suitable for separating meat from the bone. Sharp, flexible and curved. The Fibrox series was created by professionals for professionals. Long-life knives with bevel-ground blade along the entire length. The material from which the blade is made is stainless steel.
The handle is made of polyamide with a special structure that makes the knife more secure in the hand. Thanks to it, the handle gains anti-slip and ergonomic properties.
Available blade lengths are 12 and 15 cm. Recommended especially for meat industry plants, slaughterhouses and butchers.
